Refund policy

Please note that items purchased reduced by more than 30% (if the item is reduced and marked as "sale") are non returnable.

Unfortunately this policy is non negotiable, however we will of course replace any item in the rare event that it arrives damaged, if video proof is provided. 

Customized and made to order items are also non-returnable. 

For eligible items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please check the product page to see if your item is eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luxelifeaccessories.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer must pay return fees- please note our fulfilment center is located in Asia Pacific. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us video proof of the defect as soon as you are aware of it. 

Please note, Luxe Life Accessories can not be held responsible for any damage to your Apple Watch during use. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the band is installed and secured correctly. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
